Service Provider ~ David Craig

25% non-returnable deposit of total to confirm any booking

50% of total payable in the event of cancellation by client within 90 days of the Journey start date

In addition to the above, client is liable for any accommodation/transport booking fees, etc., already paid by the Service Provider prior to client cancelling

100% payable in the event of cancellation by client within 14 days of the Journey start date.

Every effort will be made to provide the client with the Journey Itinerary and content as described.  If, due to unforeseen circumstances, any part of a programme cannot be offered then a replacement/ equivalent alternative will be provided.

In the very unlikely event of a Journey requiring to be cancelled by the Provider, all monies paid by the client at the time of such a cancellation will be refunded in full.

Spirit of the Spey Journey is available for those 18 years old or over.

Proof of age may be  requested in the form of passport, driving licence or ID card.

Discount Opportunities

  • Room sharing **For B&B/ guest house and luxury hotel based Journeys there is a 5% pp discount on total Journey Prices for clients who request to share twin or double rooms.
  • Group Bookings attract a 5% reduction in the total fee.  This is only applicable when one person is managing the booking, disseminating information, paying deposits and receiving a mass group invoice.
